(1) General Delivery Information

Please be advised that the official business days for Business Hub are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and official holidays are non-working days for Business Hub and all partner shipping companies.

Our mission is to provide you with the best online experience. For that reason, we always aim to make your delivery smooth and convenient because your comfort is our priority.

Business Hub delivers orders through trusted third-party shipping companies to ensure timely shipping and efficient service.

Standard delivery time at Business Hub is between 2 to 4 business days, depending on your geographical area. You may choose a preferred delivery time during the day, week, or month whenever available.

For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to support you.

Upon delivery, we will request your signature on the invoice as proof of receipt. Delivery will be made to the registered address on your order. The signature of anyone present at the address will be considered as receipt.

If no one is available to receive the order, you will be asked to contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. Business Hub cannot attempt delivery more than twice. We are not responsible for any orders not received within 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

(2) In-Stock & Custom Orders

• In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days.
• Custom-made orders follow the production time stated on the product page.
• Delivery cost is calculated at checkout depending on delivery location and product type.
• Special orders may receive a delivery quote separately, added to the final invoice total.

(3) Delivery Time Details

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates based on the shipping date, not the order date, and may vary depending on approval, processing, and delivery location.

Unless exceptional circumstances occur, we strive to fulfill orders within 5 business days of the order date. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays.

Delivery date may vary due to:

• Chosen delivery method
• Nature and quantity of ordered items

Some products may arrive in separate shipments.
